Who We Are
As an accomplished Real Estate Broker of more than 14 years, Eric brings his knowledge and passion to his role in the Sittauer Gouge Group with The Agency Seattle. Specializing in the Edmonds real estate, Woodway, Shoreline, Lynnwood and Mukilteo real estate markets, Eric and his team bring years of skill and experience as top agents in the area to help their clients achieve their real estate goals.
As a former Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps (2004-2008), Eric gained a clear path toward leadership and stands tall in the face of adversity. After that experience, Eric joined his family real estate team as an assistant and worked his way up to partner and now runs the team.
Today he thrives on meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals. There’s an excitement for him in the varied aspects of the day-to-day in his career and finds there is no better feeling than assisting someone in purchasing their dream home.
Hailing from Edmonds in Snohomish Country, Eric’s lifelong connections in the community aid in positioning his clients for success when buying or selling a home. Outside of real estate, Eric is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys the incredible Washington surroundings with his wife and team member, Jaimie Gouge and their 3 children.
Jaimie is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with The Agency’s Sittauer Gouge Group in the Greater Seattle Area. With more than 7 years of experience, Jaimie specializes in luxury homes and condos, and estates. Specializing in the Edmonds real estate, Woodway, Shoreline, Lynnwood and Mukilteo real estate markets, Jaimie and the team bring years of skill and experience as top agents in the area to help their clients achieve their real estate goals.
Jaimie’s clients would describe her as friendly, extroverted and kind. She genuinely cares that her clients have the best possible experience and works to help them have fun and relax during the buying and selling process. Her favorite part of the job is when she can help a client find their dream home they didn’t think possible.
Prior to real estate, Jaimie worked at UW Medicine managing all the clinical research budgets on the physician’s side, reviewing the grant contracts to ensure the research physicians were performing the correct tests that the research contract was written for. This background has led her to be very apt with contracts and a skilled communicator. When Jaimie was expecting her first child it seemed like a great time to join the Sittauer Gouge Group with her Mother-in-law and Husband, Eric.
Outside of her lustrous real estate career, Jaimie spends time with her 3 children and helps out on multiple school boards. As a family, they love to travel and enjoy trying new recipes as Jaimie is a passionate self-taught cook.
